You can send us samples of your product and we test it on machine.
Can I pack box with different size in one machine?
Yes,To pack different box,you just need to change the mold and the film.but make sure the size of it is accepted by the machine.
Do you have any after-sales service?
Our machine is guaranteed for one year, any major or minor problems with the machine, we will be responsible for repair, but man-made damage is not covered by the warranty. We will teach you how to install and use the machine via video, or our engineers can go to your company.
Our engineers can go overseas to install and commission machines and provide training. However, you will need to provide a return flight and accommodation.

Yes, contact us and we will send it to your email, WhatsApp, WeChat, or you can search our website, where we will upload videos from time to time.
